Make it Worse to Make it Better: Hacking DevOps Culture with TRIZ

Add to calendar

How is your DevOps transformation going? If safety culture isn’t a part of your organization’s DNA, you might be running into some resistance and even fears on your journey. Time to bring out power tools! Liberating Structures (LS) is a collection of collaboration patterns designed to tap into creativity of groups, engage every voice, uncover unexpected angles and change the way organizations solve problems. In this session we will look at the current state of your DevOps transformation through the lens of creative destruction—LS TRIZ. Working in small groups, session attendees will explore what they can stop doing in order to facilitate success of your DevOps implementation. Leave this session with actionable next steps and a new technique to try back at home at your very next retrospective or a blameless postmortem.
